The members list
The Customers page is a searchable, paginated list of loyalty members. A sync action backfills missing names and emails from Shopify.
⚠️
If you see a protected-customer-data error, your app needs approval for protected customer data access. Request it from your Partner Dashboard under the app's API access — Shopify requires this before names and emails can be read.

Customer detail
- Stat cards — balance, pending, lifetime points and current tier.
- Activity log — recent points activity with type, amount, status, source, reason and the staff member who performed any manual actions.
Manual actions
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Adjust points | Add or remove points (positive or negative) with a required reason. The adjustment is logged against your name and the customer's balance updates straight away. |
| Set tier | Manually force a customer onto a specific tier (or none) and stamp the qualification date. |
| Revoke codes | Invalidate all of the customer's active redemption codes at once. |
Store-wide activity
The Activity page is a complete history of every points change across all members, with filters for type, status, date range and free-text search (email, customer, reason or order). It's read-only and ideal for support and reconciliation.
