Customer account block
Give members a full loyalty dashboard on their account profile page — balance, tier, lifetime points, expiry, discount codes and redemption.
What it shows
- Current points balance and tier badge.
- Lifetime points earned and the next points-expiration date.
- A Tier Benefits section (discount % and/or free shipping).
- The customer's unused discount codes, with copy-to-clipboard.
- A Redeem Points section to convert points into a new code.
Unenrolled customers see a Join opt-in instead.
How to add it
- Settings → Customer accounts
Make sure you're using new customer accounts.
- Customize
Open the customer accounts editor.
- Go to the Profile page
Navigate to the Profile page within the editor.
- Add block → Apps
Select Loyalty Rewards, position it, then Save.

All toggles default to shown. Text localizes automatically with the customer's language.
