Earning rules

Use Delayed or Fulfillment if your store has high return rates or long lead times — points are only confirmed once the sale is settled.
Point management

Enrollment

Data management (GDPR)
A read-only table of customer data-export requests (customer, date, status, download link). Requests appear here automatically whenever a customer asks Shopify for their data.
Refresh storefront data
The Resync customer metafields button refreshes the points balance and tier shown on your storefront for every customer at once. Run it after changing tier settings or if anything on the storefront ever looks out of date. Progress is shown live as it runs.
Danger zone
Reset all data permanently deletes all points, activity history, tiers, boosts and redemptions. Your program settings are preserved. You must type RESET to confirm — there is no undo.
Handled for you
A few things are set up automatically and don't appear as editable fields: your store currency and timezone (detected on install) and the order-amount basis used for earning (after discounts, before tax by default).
