VIP tiers
Reward your best customers automatically. Tiers grant earn multipliers, checkout discounts and free shipping based on lifetime points — with no codes for the customer to enter.
How tiers qualify
Each tier has a points threshold (lifetime points). A customer's tier is the highest tier whose threshold they've reached. Tiers are re-evaluated after every order, in the nightly job (for downgrades when points expire), and whenever you override a tier manually.

Order-level discount
A single percentage discount is applied to all non-excluded items, on top of any sale price.
“Gold tier: 10% off”
Best-deal per line
Compares the tier % against each product's existing markdown. If the tier wins, it tops the price up to the tier price; if the existing sale is better, it adds your extra % on top — so customers never get double-discounted, but always get the best deal.
Change once, update everywhere
Edit a tier — its discount, multiplier or perks — and every member on that tier sees the change right away across your storefront and checkout. There's nothing to re-apply to individual customers.
Discounts apply on their own
You don't create any discount codes for tiers. Once you set a tier's discount or free shipping, it's applied automatically at checkout for qualifying members, and it always respects your exclusions. You'll see a “Loyalty Tier Perks” entry under Discounts in your admin that the app manages for you — there's no need to edit it.
