Exclusions
Stop specific products or collections from earning points and from receiving tier discounts — for example gift cards, regulated goods, or already heavily-discounted lines.
What exclusions do
- Excluded items earn no points.
- Excluded items don't receive automatic tier discounts.
- Exclusions apply everywhere — storefront, cart and checkout.
Add an exclusion
- Open Exclusions → New
From the Gibbond navigation.
- Pick products or collections
Choose what to exclude with the product/collection picker.
- Save
The selected products — and every product in an excluded collection — stop earning points and stop receiving tier discounts.

Gift cards are excluded for you. On install, Gibbond automatically excludes gift-card products — buying store credit shouldn't earn loyalty points.
Removing an exclusion
Deleting an exclusion restores normal earning and discounts for that product — or, for a collection, for every product inside it.
